Wow. Did you have this marked on your calendar for the past 20 years?

Very interesting bit of useless info, I may have to break it out over dinner :)

and the DeLorean is no longer ---- no flying skateboards - although the boards themselves have made a comeback of sorts -- trying to remember other parts of the movie... the first one was the only one of the series that I really liked - at the time.  Probably wouldn't be able to watch the whole thing now. Although, "McFly" still resinates and is used by me at times.

I can't remember MJF having Parkinson's when he bounced forward 25 years in the movie.  Would have been really cool if they wrote that part in, huh guys?

I think if they did that, the flying skateboard bit would have definitely been written out or had a much different outcome...

Wow!  That is some memory!  Did you just recently watch the movie again?  With all the soft news the media does, I'm kinda surprised I've not heard that today--at least at the end of a newscast.

I was already happy when 1984 wasn't as bad as orwell thought, though it wasnt great either cause AIDS really hit home.

I heard it on local news radio this morning.  Apparently it's something someone started on twitter.

I'm crushed - Absolutely crushed - My faith and confidence in humanity has been destroyed - Why, Why Why???? What is the world coming to - When even the date referenced in Back to the Future can't be trusted --- I need to talk to my therapist -- this just isn't fair -- I can't just stand by and let this happen --- Letter writing campaign anyone?   ;D

I just saw it on the news.  It was a rumor out of England.  Mikey is right.  It is really Oct 21, 2015.
