« on: August 19, 2006, 12:25:51 am »
Well I finally figured it out,,,,Im finally on wireless.

Thing is...the whole point of a laptop andwireless remote was to eliminate a lot of wires....true Imsitting here with the laptop and not a wire in sight....but over by my desk theres still a shitload of wires.

Anyway this is cool.  I still have to get used to the keyboard on this laptop.  One step at a time.

hey jeff, king of (wireless) laptops  :)

glad is up & running - get thee a cable tidy, either one of the ones that zip round the wires, or a flat box-type one, & then you won't have to look at ugly router wires etc

if keyboard is difficult (lets face it, laptop keyboards are crap), & you're mostly using at home...you could set up regular keyboard, even a bigger flat screen if you want, then just use em if you're doing lots of typing/screen work?

Glad you finally got  up and running Jeff!

One good investment... a Microsoft mini optical mouse.  I can't live without mine.  :D

I'm using mine at the hotel I am staying at up in Michigan right now.
