Well my story is that I had met up with a guy(a stranger) 2 weeks ago.. we watched porn and I stroked him off with lube(I made sure I didn't have any cuts on my fingers or anything before hand). I didn't allow him to touch my penis but he did touch my nipples. After we had finished ejaculating (away from each other) I grabbed paper towels and we cleaned ourselves up. After he had asked if he could use the bathroom to wash his hands in which I had said sure to (I also washed my hands.) I clorox wipe to disinfect everything that he had touched and what not after he had left. Flash forward to to yesterday.. I was feeling pretty sick.. my body ached, my muscles were sore, a slight fever, I small bit of a headache and I had sharp stomach pains(but it could also be because I drank a lot of alcohol the night before). I took some ibuprofen and drank plenty of fluids and today I woke up fine.. but then I had diarrhea about 3 times this morning and it has me freaked out. I recall leaving my body wash right next to the sink while he washed his hands. I'm paranoid that he was crazy and had put some sperm into my body wash.. naturally it wouldn't be so worry-some but I also clean my *cough* hole with it. Anyways, is there any risk involved in that? can HIV live in Bodywash? Please help me with my uneasiness! Thanks.

Nope , the guy wasn't crazy and you didnt have a risk , not even a little risk .
Here are the ways you can get exposed to HIV , body wash isn't on the list and never will be .
Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth
Very specific healthcare situations.
If you use condoms for vaginal and anal sex you will avoid HIV , its that simple .

I'll start the story from the very beginning, but I'll try to narrow it down. 3 weeks ago I started PEP(A combination of Truvada and Isentress) because I had gave oral sex and was anally teased without a condom (don't know if there was even a small bit of penetration due to the fact that we weren't sober). Then we had sex with a condom on, but he didn't ejaculate at all. The reason why I was given pep was because the person (a friend) is kind of sketchy and told me the last time he got tested was 2 months prior but then kind of stopped talking to me. He's in an open I know he's on a sex/dating site. Tomorrow is my 3rd week of pep.
Last night, I stayed over a friends house (a very good/close friend, he doesn't have any diseases and isn't sketchy) and I let him perform oral sex on me. It only lasted about 3-5 minutes and I didn't ejaculate in his mouth. We just switched to jacking off. The reason why I'm scared is because I think he possibly brushed his teeth 10 minutes before bed. Should I be worried about him catching anything from me? Or is everything going to be okay? Please help! Thanks.

You didn't have a risk and do not need PEP but since you are 3 weeks into it you may want to continue on with it . I will repeat , you didn't have a risk in ANY of the situations you are concerned with .

You included the tooth brushing concern earlier and its still the same , no risk .
