The $93k is just an example the article gives of "premier priced" therapies.  It compares it to a prostate cancer drug that costs $94k.  They do however state that HIV meds cost about $25k per year so it would be adventagous for insurance companies to cover the costs.  I'm just always amazed at the price of drugs. 

Regardless its a very exciting article even if the data is very very very early.

Ah I see, there's a weird technique of navigation on that page. You have to press a button to "show more text" but its still on the same page.

To Buginme2 - you know South Park figured out years ago that the cure of AIDS is liquified cash.
