« on: October 21, 2007, 06:41:48 am »
Andy Plz help,
I went to a prostitute and had sex with 4 condoms at a time , and i had sex 5 times every time i used 4 condoms. She also performed oral on my penis and testiles also.
I kissed her back and also touched her back where she was having  blisters or acne. She fingered her self and then touched my penis.
I have following doubts about HIV infection:-
1] Later on I read using more than 1 condoms can tear condoms.
2] As i touched her back on acne which were wet with same hand i rubbed my eye also immidiately and as eyes have mucus membrane can it cause HIv infection?
3] As she finguerd her self and with he wet fingures only ,then touched tip of my penis without condom  .
4] As  she performed oral on my testicles and after discharge as penis was loose tip of my peis had touched my testicles can it cause infection.
5] I sat on some wet thing may be semen of her earlier partener it had toched my hips skin can it cause Infection

PLZ help i m unable to sleep , Hope u will reply soon

3,

You did not have a risk for hiv infection. All four of the condoms would have had to break in order for you to be at risk. If this happened, you would have known about it.

None of the other things you speak of are in any way a risk for hiv infection.

You did not hav a risk for hiv infection.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Please read through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can learn how to use them correctly. Only one condom at a time is necessary. When used correctly, condoms rarely break.

Although you do NOT need to test over this specific incident, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

3,

You were not exposed to HIV. You do not need to test.

3,

Seriously, you were not at risk for hiv infection in any of the activities you describe.

Please read our Transmission Lesson. You can find a link in the Welcome Thread

You were not at risk and you do NOT need to test for hiv over this specific incident.

This is all about your mind playing with what ifs. Of course your what ifs have absolutely no basis in HIV science.

What I will boldly say is this is really about guilt. You're a dawg as are many of us and you went straying. Now your mind is paying you back for it by scaring you the bejeezus out of you. Guilt is a tribute to your loved ones nor a sign of your higher moral standing. It's just poison. You did what you did with your fingers and whatever else. You can't undo that.

The most loving thing you can do is to take a breath, see it, let it go and get on with your life.

This is not an HIV situation. It's just the story of another guy who went sniffing around away from home. Bad you. Give it up and move on. No kidding.

please keep your question in this thread from now on....thanks for your cooperation.

You are worrying needlessly...seems you need to read the welcome thread again on how HIV is and is not transmitted...you were given good advise back in 2007, time to take that advise and educate yourself otherwise you are just going to keep coming back with the same old non-risk questions.

Receiving oral is absolutely not a risk for HIV. So you can stop being concerned about that.

If the condom came off inside of her during intercourse then you were protected until it came off which means very low risk. I am also wondering if the reason it ended up on the bed is that when you pulled out it fell off of your penis. Is that possible? Please clarify.

Well the condom protected you until it came off even if it slipped off while you were inside of her. I think there is a good chance it had stayed on and it only came off and ended up on the bed when you withdrew from her vagina.

I see this as a low-level risk incident. The prudent thing is to get tested at 13 weeks when you can get a conclusive result. You can test initially if you want to at 6 weeks. Assuming you get a negative result then it is likely to remain negative at 13 weeks.

Ultimately I expect you to come out of this ok. Meanwhile when you are waiting to get tested, get busy with other things. It will help the time to pass faster than  you expect. And don't bother saying you're too worried because that response won't fly here. If any of your symptoms persist you should discuss them with your doctor. I don't seem them as being about HIV.

33,

I've merged your new thread into your original thread - where you should post all your additional thoughts or questions. It helps us to help you when you keep all your additional thoughts or questions in one thread. It doesn't matter how long it has been since you last posted in your thread or if the subject matter is different.

If you need help finding your thread when you come here, click on the "Show own posts" link under your name in the left-hand column of any forum page.

Please also read through the Welcome Thread so you can familiarize yourself with our Forum Posting Guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.

We've already told you that getting a blowjob is not a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever been infected this way and you won't be the first.

Protected intercourse is just that - protected. There have been long-term studies of couples where one is positive and one is negative. In the couples who used condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, but no barrier for oral activities, not one of the negative partners became infected with hiv. Not one.

Once again you have not had a risk and you do not need to test.

   Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

If what you are asking is how you can get rid of the impulse to go to sex workers which you have been acting on repeatedly, I suggest you get some professional help to address the issue. We can't help you with that in this setting.

Talking about it in a safe and private setting can be useful in sorting out what is going on and how you can stop the behavior which is making your life unmanageable.
