Rosh HaShonah, the Jewish New Year, begins at sundown, September 12th.

Best wishes to everyone for a happy and healthy 5768.

I guess I'll be ringing in this year with AMG 2007 (a.k.a. AMG 5768).

The Mac computer has something called an International Palette, which has various alphabets like Greek, Cyrillic, and Hebrew. It also has all the accent marks for French, Spanish, Czech, and other languages. I copied letters from the Hebrew palette into my message.

When you type in the Hebrew alphabet, the software automatically knows that you're going from right to left.

Why do I feel like this all of the sudden?

A happy and a healthy New Year to all my fellow Jewish friends (and to all those who look British - or anything else) and speak a little Yiddish as well.
