I've got a date tomorrow nite...

I met this guy last Saturday nite when I went out with the FH ( str8 women friend). We had a lot of fun, He got me pretty well on my way to drunk with shots. The 3 of us went to the diner for some food afterwards and then hung out in his truck. The FH went home, and since I didn't want to end the nite, we went to his place, and he agreed to no sex. So we went to sleep, and we woke up and fell asleep, etc. Nothing went on but kissing and some roaming hands. Finally got out of bed on Sunday with a pounder of a hangover ( way too many diff shots). He called me on Tuesday nite, I called him tonite, and we're gonna 'hang out' tomorrow nite, because he asked me to. He's 12 years younger than me, making him 31.

I don't want to disclose to him now. Especially since he now knows my FH and he sees her out sometimes when she's at a twinky weeknight gay-nite place. I haven't told her either.

How do I set my mind up to just have fun tomorrow nite, no sex, and just forget about HIV?

Thanks Drew and Brent for the replies. Of course I'm not even sure we're right for each other, but he is tall, good lookin' and we laugh alot together ( even when sober on the telephone).

We'll see how this goes. This will be the first time since POZ seeing a guy a 2nd time~

Just have fun. Enjoy each others company. Enjoy the moment. Don't worry about what might happen, or what should happen. Let things work out naturally, and when things progress disclose when your ready.

Christine is right.  Disclosure will happen when it happens.  I had a first date with a guy last fall.  He was an HIV social worker and we immediately started talking about his job.  He was going on and then stopped and said, "By the way I am negative".  Wasn't planning on telling him my status, but there the opening was so I simply said, "I'm not".  Thirty minutes into the first date it's all out in the open.  We went on to have one of the best first dates I have ever had.  Subsequent dates weren't so good, but that is another story completely unrelated to HIV.  When it comes to disclosure I am finding you know when the time is right.
