i have developed a rash on both of my inner thighs.  red, itchy bumps.  also, on my palms,  small open blister-like things all over my palms and inside of my fingers.  a couple of weeks ago before those started, i had rashes all the way down the inside of my forearms - itchy rashes, pretty similar to the ones on my thighs now.  But the palm rashes are different.

the rash on my forearms is completely gone now.  the rash on my inner thighs has partially faded.

i only had 1 risky incident.  it was in early July.  My symptoms just started at the end of October and into this month.

the incident involved primarily recipricated oral sex with someone in a risk group - no intercourse

this person's last test for STDs was in February.

Neither the presence nor the absence of symptoms is ever the way to know anything about HIV status. Only an HIV test done at the proper time can give you that answer. The CDC recommends doing it at 13 weeks past a risky incident.

Receiving oral is not a risk for transmission. Giving oral is at the very low end of the risk scale and transmission that way is extremely rare. Longterm studies of sero-dystonic straight and gay couples who always used condoms for intercourse and no protection for mutual oral resulted in not a single sero-negative partner becoming infected.

You mention that the person you were with is in a "risk group." That's baloney. There are risky activities. It doesn't matter whom you are with as long as you consistently follow safer sex guidelines, particularly with regard to using condoms for intercourse.

Seeing someone else's test result or getting a report of same from them is also irrelevant. It's your own test result that matters. You are responsible for your own health. If you are ever in doubt about your HIV status, then you need to get tested.

It's a good idea in general for anyone who's sexually active to have a full STD panel done at least annually, and every six months is even better.
 
Nothing in what you are reporting in symptoms is in any way HIV specific. If your symptoms persist you should discuss them with your doctor. 

If you decide to get tested, nothing you are reporting leads me to expect you will get anything other than a negative result.
