Hello, so I am a curious guy. Recently 3 weeks ago I met up with a guy who assured me he is clean and was tested the previous week (just over 3 months after the last time he had sex), and I do not have any reason to doubt him however, we are all human and we lie to get what we want. My questions are as follows, all help appreciated;

1) I have scratches on my skin from biting my fingers, if his cum got onto that could it get in?
2) What if some of his cum when he cummed might have landed on tip of my penis, could it get into my uretha?
3) What if he had some cum on his finger and he massaged the tip of my penis with his cum on his finger? That not risky?

I got the cold/flu a week later, so am a little paranoid.

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

As Rod has told you, nothing you are reporting has put you at risk. Whatever caused you "symptoms" has nothing to do with HIV.

For future reference you need to know that the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as condoms are always used for those activities you will be well protected.

Also, referring to HIV status or in relation to other STDs as "clean" or not is considered very rude here. It implies that someone who has HIV or anything is "dirty." It's either having the virus or not and it has nothing to do with clean or dirty.

You don't need to test nor is there any reason for further concern about HIV on your part.
