« on: May 11, 2016, 01:28:48 pm »
So I had sex with a call girl I used a condom but I didnt roll the condom all the way down she was a little bit skinny I was doing it doggystyle so what Im trying to explain is that the condom wasnt rolled all the way down because my friend told me your suppoused to leave a space between the bottom of the shaft and the condom how dumb was I think when she pushed back on to me could her fluid get inside the the condom because it wasnt all the way rolled as in skin to skin contact if you understand what Im trying to say hopefully i didnt contract it I hurryed up to the docter and got Pep the next day I was exposed around 10:45 am and started taking Pep the next day around 12:05 am what do you people think? I bet I would of been very very well protected if Id had rolled the condom all the way down to the bottom of the shaft my conscious mind told me to roll it down I dont know what I was thinking at all I think I might have had a little bit of skin to skin contact Idk what are my chances now has anybody here ever had that problem

Hi

In short your friend well he/she is an fool. It reminds me of playground sex advice from the 80's.

Nothing you mentioned so far even warrants specifically testing for HIV let alone PEP.
With no disrespect to you but its an utter waste that a Doctor gave you PEP.

From what I understand you had protected intercourse however lower part of your manhood was not fully covered ... Use a condom correctly next time using them incorrectly increases the chance of condom failure. However in this case the condom did not break and it covered the head of your penis ? in that case no risk occurred.

As for the fluid, it had no route to transmit and besides the fluid a woman produces when sexually excited comes from the Bartholin's glands, this is a lubricating fluid and does not have any more hiv present than other bodily secretions such as saliva, sweat or tears.  Saliva, sweat and tears are not infectious fluids.  Also HIV does not survive outside the human body once hiv finds itself exposed outside the body to air, small changes in temperature, pH / moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect.

As you have already started PEP finish the course now, going forward continue to practice safer sex, test yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions. As you are sexually active, it is highly recommended that you get a full sexual health check-up / screening at least annually including but not limited to hiv testing.

Remember that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's. So please do get fully tested regularly for all STI's including HIV and more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs. Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

Finally use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, to avoid sexually transmitted hiv infection.

Kind regards

Jim

Hey Jim ur harsh words and knowledge of hiv and sti bring a little bit of peace to my mind so thank you but let me describe the this scene more accurately its like think I didnt roll the condom all the way down it did cover my penis but i didnt roll it all the way down to the shaft lets say I stucked it all the way inside accidently leaving my shaft exposed inside her vagina could have the fluids got underneath the condom

As long as the top/head of your penis was covered you were fine.
Part of the shaft exposed is not an issue and will not result in sucking in of fluids, however do use the condoms correctly next time as it does increase the risk of the condom coming off.

As you have already started PEP finish the course now, going forward continue to practice safer sex, test yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV

You can take it with our without food for Truvada and Tivicay so don't worry about it.
My own experience but that's just me is I always personally found Truvada and Tivicay easier to take with food but like I said that's just me.
