Elevated ast and alt test results

Hello-

I saw my doctor today and said my t-cells were fine and I was undetectable.  I asked for a copy of my blood work when I left.  I have been on Complera for almost a year now.  I just finished a course of ceftin before my blood work.  I had also had a week of vicodin for my knee and take 100 mg of zoloft.  My AST was 88 and ALT was 80 but my doctor didn't even mention it.  Should I be concerned.  I hardly drink alcohol and don't do any illegal drugs.  Has anybody else had an increase in liver tests on Complera?

a slightly elevated AST/ALT is not so much of a concern.

It becomes a concern when it is 5 -10 TIMES the upper range. Or, so I was explained by my doc.

Now, of course, you should mention your concerns during next visit

Thanks for the reply.  My doctor called me later yesterday and wants to run more blood work. She said she was going over all the results and saw it later.
