Natural variation probably. VL is still undetectable, so prob nothing to worry about.

Hopefully, it will be back up again on next results  :)

Hey Sanitex

The most important thing to remember is the meds are working in keeping the virus suppressed. That is the goal of treatment. As for the CD4 many things affect this and the readings you get can be altered by many things. A few of these include time of day the labs were drawn, later in the day usually shows alittle more. Stress can affect your well being and your CD4. Exercise can drop CD4s alittle use discretion because exercise is good but don't overdo it. You could have been fighting another  infection, even one you don't feel bad with or even know you had. I just had a real bad cold that turned to bronchitis, I went from 248 to 180! Like I said the CD4 count is important but not as important as the viral load. As long as the viral load is down and staying down your body will recover CD4s with time. It is dishearting to see the CD4s drop, I know Ive been dealing with it too. My Cd4s have been slow to rise and have only gotten over 200 last summer. The best you can do is take the meds, stay positive and do positive things and live your life. Also since like I said I have the same problem with low numbers and I have noticed alot of the people on here post their CD4s and VL like you do in their signature lines. I read these my self and you can see there are few of us that have had low numbers and over a period of time have slowly gotten there numbers up.
Take Care  :)
