John, I've followed some of your posts - and I've worked with "FoldIt" before - you are simply truely an amazing asset to the forums. :)

It seems you might have some knowledge and understanding or awareness of some powerful softwares to.... well, I'll put the question in private. Get in touch with me if you can privately, my email stands there under my username I think for you to see. I'm a student researcher.

A very perceptive distinction of my remark; My words were chosen rather carefully and you pointed out if that's what I meant; I indeed meant to single you out for the compliment! :)

After all, it's the pursuit of science and statement of plain facts and information in it's nonjudgmental form(and folks who contribute to the dissemintion of such information or work towards contribution in research in what little way they can) which makes things rather interesting among all the red herrings thrown about for oversimplification of understandings of facts. ;)

Please expect my email within the next one week.

How did you hear/find out about EteRNA?? (Attended any conference or research group meetings? If so, which?)

Do you have any resources related to topoisomerases and hybridized restriction enzymes and their construction?
