Bruise on penis and something crazy in my mind about a homeless

Hi,

I had sex with a prostitute, it was with condom.
I am worry because I got a bruise while having sex on the skin that covers my penis head. I am very sure it was because a blowjob from her or with her fingers nails when she was helping me to put the condom because it was very tight. We have vaginal sex and oral sex. The condom was not covering all my penis, the bruise was purple/red.  The condom was not covering all my penis specially because after the second time my penis was not very hard, and I am sure this bruise got in to her vagina.



I am very nervous I am thinking many things in my head, even last night that I went out with some friends to relax about this I got drunk and then later I shake hands with a homeless man and I am thinking what if I got stuck with a needle from this homeless . I gave him five dollar, and then we shake hands closed fist, I have a small red dot like from a needle on my middle finger , I know it sounds crazy but do I was at risk in this situation two, I assuming I got stuck with a needle. I am drunk I do not notes any pain.
Do i was at risk?

You did not have a risk in the situation you described . Getting a blow job is not a risk and the vaginal sex was protected with a condom . As long as the glans of your penis was covered you did not have a risk . The condom would have had to break or completely come off for to have had a risk .

As for the homeless man , they don't all have aids and shaking hands with a person who does have aids is not a risk , ever . If you are obsessing over impossible ways you may have been exposed to HIV then you may want to consider counseling .

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED FURTHER HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Between the no-risk situation you mention with the prostitute, and the no-risk situation you mention with the homeless person, I fear that you have a phobia of HIV that goes beyond rational thought.

I highly recommend therapy to get past this fear.

You will not get HIV from protected sex, even if the condom slips. A bruise on your penis is NOT a conduit for infection, and as the condom did not fall off completely (which would only have been a LOW risk) your vulnerable area, your urethra, was covered. YOu had NO RISK.

And I won't even address the hangshake situation. Had the homeless person even been a diabolical fiend who had, minutes before, drawn highly infectious blood into a needle and then injected it into you (impossible, outside of a cold-war style spy thriller) you wold certainly have felt that instantly, not simply noticed a red dot later on.

In short, neither of these situations are HIV related. They do, however, speak to a great phobia regarding HIV that I strongly suggest you address. This forum, however, cannot help with that.

I think this time i was at risk,

 i was having sex with a legal prostitute at Nevada. i was using a condom extra-large  I think was not my size (I am more like medium) and also i am very very sure that I put the condom backwards because later i notes that those condoms were more large and very easy to use.. I finish very fast and then when i pulled out my dick i notes the condom slipped off,  then the girl took the condom from her vagina.

I am sure the problem was because i was using the condom backwards.

It sounds like you slipped out of the condom when you withdrew , if that is the case you didn't have risk . You don't need PEP for a no risk encounter .

I think went off when i was pulling out my penes, i feel stupid because i was using the condom not right. as well when i finish i did continue for 15-20 seconds.

Condom breaks and brief unprotected insertion rarely ever result in a HIV infection and PEP isn't generally recommended for those circumstances for that reason .

If you slipped out of the condom the sex was protected and you didn't have a risk but if you are unsure if the tip of your penis was covered during intercourse you can test at 6 weeks past the incident and again at 3 months to confirm the result .
