Insurance Frustration arrggghh

I switched jobs and my new employer has Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia Open Access HMO....  Everytime i click on searching a doc it comes back blank now i am freaking out...  So if anyone out there have any suggestions please by all means

It's probably a software glitch. Don't you have a customer service number to call?

Miss Philicia thats what i thought as well.  I called them up and the same thing the rep even said that was strange as well.   I will try again hopefully whatever glitches they are having will be resolved

wohooo got it resolved.. found from what all i can read is a very knowledgeable staff and doctor and yeah they take my insurance......  So her is hoping that the visit goes well  i hate being treated like a number prefer as an individual bedside manners...  on that note:  still UD last test was on 9/16/11 everything going smoothly im at 800 CD4....   have yet to miss a pill but have taken them later in the evening when socializing.  but i am taking them...
