Hey members:

I know most of you have supportive families concerning  your long term illness and having a chronic disease like AIDS.  But, as I have said in other posts, my family seems to want me to get sicker from all the stress their putting on me, to the point I eventually will be spending $1,000's in attorney fees all because of their wanting more of my parent's estate.  For me it's not about the money, but for them to leave me the Hell alone.  My attorney is trying to help me protect myself, and suggests there is some entrapment and emotional blackmail going on as far as my family is concerned.  Speaking of my sister and her brood, not my Dad who is 94 and cool but totally clueless about what is going on.  In fact, I am actually paying his and my attorney to protect me and him from my sister and her clans ugly greedy hands.

I cannot afford these expensive attorney visits being on disability, and have exhausted all the pro-bono visits.  Just wish this would all pass so I can get on with my life, move in with my friend in California on Newport Beach and RELAX.  This is all a bunch of BS!!!!!!

Looks like my doctors, counselors, and all may have to get involved to get them off my back in the interest of my survival.  I just don't get it what makes people, and blood relatives so freakin greedy.

Just had to vent.  So fed up, while trying to stay alive.

Thanks for the listen as always, and your support,

JM

JM,

This is just sad. I'm really sorry that your having to go through all this,  I hope some how that it all works out. I'm a firm believer in "What goes around, comes around",  for what your sister is putting you through, it will come back some day to haunt her.

Thanks JRE for the support.  I'm aware I'm not alone in this battle, but it is making my illness worse I'm convinced.

The good news is, I'm seeing my original therapist again after having to change due to to insurance provider changes.  Looking forward to our visits.  He is a great advocate.  And I have found out our ASO has attorneys who can help out pro bono with things like this.

Moving seems the only solution away from all this.  We shall see.

But thanks for your support.

 Hey JM ,
NOT all families  ARE supportive !
My  in-laws ,  " The Three Witches from Hell "   find it amusing to  make Bob and my lives
as MISSERIBLE  as they can !
They only call to complain about stupid things .
They don't speak to me !
Bob has a very bad heart and is going is for an aneurysm  surgery next week , and only ONE of his sisters has bothered to call !
One did call to see IF Bob wanted to sell his LAND CHEAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is a real concern  ::)   . OMG  they are idiots !

I hope your  issues get all figured out !

I know already IF anything happens to Bob HIS  family will sue for the house !
" THEY " were nice enough to tell me that already !

The girls ALL works in the medical Field and know stress is a killer , but money is thicker than blood !

Keep fighting for what is yours !

Yes what goes around comes around !

Who is to say  you won't out-live your sister ?

                                Be well ,
                                                   Carl
