Shitty week
« on: March 18, 2007, 09:24:58 pm »
Hey, i just need to whine about my shitty week. Tuesday I broke my left hand instead of killing my 17YO who is driving all of us here insane,me quicker than the others.  Then I couldn't work Tuesday night, but was able to go in Thursday and that went okay. When I came home from work i locked my keys in the car and had to pay$ 65 to get them out.Sunday right before I have to go to work, the beloved family sheltie got run over. We all loved that dog. This was probably the worst part. Well, Thanks for letting me whine, Next week will be better.   Cristy

cristy...

I am so, so sorry.  What a nightmare.  I'm sorry about the dog.  I'm sorry about the 17 year old.  The keys are a pain in the ass but at least you could shell out some money to take care of those.  The dog?  God bless his soul.  The teenager?  God bless your soul.  YOur a saint.

Cristy, all of that "stuff" is maddening and your dog, well, that's a very sad loss.

Here's to a better week starting right now.

Put the 17 year old to sleep and get a new dog!

Seriously, sorry to hear about all that.  Good news is, it could be worse.

thanks to all of you for letting me whine. This week is already starting out better. AC, if I could I would  but I'm legally obligated to keep the 17 YO. Maybe he'll grow out of it.  At least my almost 4 YO is a pleasure. again, Thanks ya'll.  Cristy

Christy, honey I hope this week is much better for you!   Sounds like you really have had a rough time lately.

Is your hand in a cast?   I know that must be awkward and uncomfortable....

hugs,

Alan

Alan,I had a temporary splint with a ace bandage over that but took it off the next day because I couldn't wash my hair. When I went back the next day for a orthopedic  doctor, I declined a cast because I will be able to do things better and the way it was explained to me, it will heal roughly the same either way. unless i bump it, it doesn't really hurt and i have waited tables  like this twice last week..  Thanks for asking, you are so nice.
