Dear Panda,

What would you like to hear?

Seriously, Supplements themselves are somewhat controversial as medical evidence is hard to fathom.

When you start posting questions regarding stuff that is clearing marketed products that a guaranteed to work with a money back if your not satistfied... I just have to tell you that there is nothing at all there except snake oil.

Sometimes its hard even to justify the stuff we know about from reputable organizations that are working to help people with HIV. You need to be working with your doctor and if you are really interested in "the right supplements", you need to be reading the "right" materials.

go to Dr Jon Kaiser's site for at least a controversial boutique medical care view. http://www.jonkaiser.com/, What do you see there? there will be those who even say Kaiser is selling snake oil.

go to http://www.newyorkbuyersclub.org/resources/all-about-supplements/index.html, its a supplement search engine for people with immune system issues. What do you see there?
At least the buyers club is a non-profit 501-C organization that documents and rationalizes the substances they provide for people with HIV.

I would consider this a better source of information than a company that is marketing stuff and making it sound good and offering guarantees.

Sorry, if this makes you feel bad. I really worry about you. If you want to feel better you have to do the basics, really it boils down to that. You aren't going to find a magic substance to make it all better. If you really want to pretend that something is going to help you, you really shouldn't post your question on forums like this. I feel obligated to not try to help you feel better at the expense that someone else might end up believing that these marketed, unsubstantiated substances is a solution for an HIV related problem.

I'm not going to claim I'm an certified authority. In real life I'm in technical sales.  So if you want to believe that this juice is going to fix you up, than you can just say risred is a mean ole man!

But if you pay attention to HIV news, you should be drinking, if anything, and although things that work in a test tube doesn't always transfer to the bodies metabolism, GREEN TEA! Now there's something that actually might help. (Although with the HIV epedemic sweeping through Asia, I'm wondering how much help green tea can actually provide.)

Take care.
