Low sex drive seems to be a common problem these days.  This has been a recent topic of discussion in another thread, so I suggest you read through some of the responses there.

I recommend talking to your doctor about your low sex drive and low energy.   He'll probably recommend several tests, including testosterone, thyroid, and a few others.  Good diet and exercise contribute to sex drive.  And you should probably be screened for depression too -- low sex drive is one common manifestation of depression.

Henry

can't comment on the testoserone.  but henry mentioned the thyroid.  I suffer from underactive thyroid and it definitely affects my energy level.  something to consider.

Sure have them test testosterone among other things like depression and your diet and exercise.
