Title: just got my numbers back

Hey I thought I would share my new numbers with you all. My VL is undetectable, and my CD4s are up to 306 up from 220 in April. I still don't know anyone else with HIV so I had to tell someone!

Hi Sam, It is good to hear from you. Also, this is good news that your CD4's went up and you are undetectable!
Get plenty of rest, eat a healthy diet, and get some exercise too.

those are good numbers Sam. From your first 3-month follow-up you've been undetectable and your t-cells shows good, healthy growth. I bet your Dr is pleased too.
T-cells take their time. But you'll see they make good, steady growth. Already you jumped almost 40%, going from 220 to 306. BRAVO!
