Dearest Friends,

It is with great regret that I let each of you know that I must step aside as Co-coordinator of AMG '07.  My personal plate has become too full to serve the best interests of my dear friends.  I hope that each of you will continue to support Anne and that one of you will step up and work with her to make AMG '07 the very best ever.  Thom and I will plan to attend and we can then share with each of you how much you mean to us.

Please forgive me if I have let anyone of you down.  I would never intentionally hurt any of you.

Dearest Ric

There is nothing to forgive, you haven't let anyone down..and I know for a fact that the last thing you would do is try and hurt someone.

I'm sure Anne will get the support she needs and someone will step up and help her..I wish there was something I could do, but like you my time is filled with so much right now I would be more of a hinderence than a help.

I will call soon.

Dear Ric,

Don't worry about "letting us down", you just worry about taking care of you!
If it is too much for you, then you have done the right thing by speaking up and letting everybody know NOW, so that someone else may join Anne in taking the reins.
