If you take Truvada/Isentress (another timing question)

If you are a Truvada/Isentress user, what time of day do you take the Truvada?

Also, if you want to switch the Truvada from. . . say night time to a morning thing, what is the best way to go about it without screwing things up on a cellular level?

Thanks in advance for any info.

I&T in the AM with two glasses of water to get it in my gut and I at night with the same. I sleep better this way. Other peoples get fatigued with the T and take it at bedtime.

Cellular drug level wise, any time once a day. After a few days it makes no difference if you move times as long as it's not every day. The two drugs in Truvada last a long time in your body. It is safe, eg to switch from morning to night (or noon), for, eg a holiday, travel, because it suits, as a one off.

Thanks for your responses.

I think in my desire to do everything the right way, I might have been overly and unnecessarily cautious.

I guess it's generally prudent to get into the habit of taking any meds around the same time every day anyway, but I'll try not to get too hung up on little things.
