Since it seems you unexpectedly had unprotected intercourse that was a risk for HIV. However, it was a single incident and apparently fairly brief. Also, HIV if present is much harder to transmit from female to male than the other way around.

All of that means the odds are very much in your favor that you are going to test negative. And a negative at 3 months is conclusive.

For future reference you need to stop using the term "clean" when referring to HIV status. HIV is a virus. And someone is either HIV positive or HIV negative. It's not a matter of clean or dirty and using terms like that are insulting to anyone living with the virus.

Good luck with your test result.

You don't need more responses. Since you are more than 6 weeks past the time of your risky incident you can get tested initially anytime now.

Assuming you test negative, which I think is likely, then you will in all likelihood test negative again at 3 months for a conclusive negative result.

Good luck with your test.

Sad,

I've merged your new thread into your original thread - where you should post all your additional thoughts or questions. It helps us to help you when you keep everything in one thread. It doesn't matter how long it has been since you last posted in your thread or if the subject matter is different.

If you need help finding your thread when you come here, click on the "Show own posts" link under your name in the left-hand column of any forum page.

Please also read through the Welcome Thread so you can familiarize yourself with our Forum Posting Guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.

Show your spots to a doctor. Nobody can diagnose you over the internet. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv - hiv does not cause spots like you describe.

You are highly unlikely to end up hiv positive over this insertive one-off, brief incident.

Sad,

Just because someone has herpes and/or gonorrhea doesn't mean they automatically have hiv as well.

You had a risk, now you're just going to have to wait for your test result. We don't have crystal balls here or any other means of seeing into the future.

sad,

You tested negative at one day shy of eight weeks and while that result is highly unlikely to change, you need to confirm it at the three month point, not six months.

You should test again for your conclusive result on or after September sixth. I fully expect you to get another negative result.
