Hooben,

Neither getting a blowjob nor deep kissing are risks for hiv infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect. Giving the type of blowjob you describe, when you have good oral health as yours is, isn't a risk either.

You have not had a risk for hiv infection.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER THE SPECIFIC THINGS YOU BRING TO US, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Throwing in any details your anxious mind is coming up with won't change the bottom line in relation to your situation: you were not at risk for HIV transmission.

Get on with your life. There's no need for testing nor for further concern about this incdient.

Thanks andy , but one more thing is that one of the guy is very rough he blow me very hard and worst when he suck my nipple it hurts , after that i notice one of my nipple is in pain and break where i can see a little scar there which there is blood but already dry , will that lead into infection also . Do i still need to test

Even if he bit your nipple it still wouldn't have been a risk.

And as far as a "rough blowjob" is concerned, it's still not a risk. In the entire history of the epidemic no guy has ever been confirmed to have been infected by getting a blowjob. No matter what details you throw into the mix, it's safe to say you aren't going to make history by becoming the first who became infected that way.

Give it up and get on with your life.

More no risk details that you're throwing into the mix.

Neither of the acts you have mentioned would in any way have put you at risk for HIV transmission.

How much clearly can I say it than that!!!! Period.

i went to a place where lots of people there , i met a guy there and we went into a room to have sex , the room is messy and i notice i step onto something which is a semen left by someone else ,    before this i had earlier bit my mouth insde around 7 hours ago which left a tiny tear inside but is not bleeding by the time we made love , we engage into deep kissing and he perform oral sex on me , i never do oral sex on him but just lick around outside of his penis head ,     later i penetrate him with a condom   ,  is been a very very long time i never have anal intercourse so im pretty nervous here will the condom does have some -- micro holes -- or something where the virus can penetrate through , anyway the condom never break or got tear ,     even after the act i bring the condom to the toilet to fill up with water to check and see if there any leakage but so far it never have any leakage ,   i am a bit crazy because i heard lots of people saying that condom is not 100% safe even a doc also said that  ,   am i still SAFE this time  even with the tiny tear inside my mouth , accidently step onto someone semen where i didnt go wash it immediatly and the condom issue , anyhow i do suspect he is a + because he never mention anything about a condom but i do put it on the condom myself , Thanks for your reply .

You were never at risk and condoms don't have Micro-holes in them. Latex condoms used correctly and consistently are effective in preventing HIV transmission along with most STDs.

Nothing you are reporting now suggests you were at risk. You used a condom which is exactly what you are supposed to do. They provide very effective protection.

This stop is not a waiting stop for you to drop into everytime you have a sexual experience. You need to apply what his been said to you previously to your new experiences. Essentially if you consistently use latex condoms for anal intercourse then you are well protected sexually as far as HIV is concerned. Everything else is only risky theoretically.

It's really just as simple as that.

It's always a happy thing to get a negative result even when testing wasn't necessary.

Hopefully your mind is relieved enough now for you to get on with your life.

That doctor is way behind the times. Neither kissing of any kind nor receiving oral are risks for HIV transmission. Period.

Other STDs are easier to acquire but those activities are definitely not HIV risks.

im sorry andy , so suddenly it come to my mind is that actualy the condom that i use to put on is actualy provided or free for everyone in that a sauna/spa place , every room inside they have this free condom and lubricate gel provided for there , the place even have this promote like safe sex and encourage the use of condom for prevention , the thing im thinking about is by the time i open up the condom pack im not sure what type of brand was that , i know some famous name of latex condom outside market selling , but this one im not sure and it is a latex condom or something else , will it be a lambskin condom or something else condom which is not made by  latex ,  i hope is not , but i do know is that it is just like the normaly use condom  and  when after i penetrate him but i didnt cum inside the condom and pretty sure there is no break in the condom  , so  i take the condom and put some water into it to fill up the condom  , is just like a latex or rubber type when i touch it  and i cant see got any leakage or small holes which will let the water come spilling out  , anyhow my thought is that it is still a latex or rubber type , but my concern is im not sure the condom is a low quality type of latex or is it a lambskin condom , anyway i have never seen a lambskin condom before so i dont know how it looks like , normally i use to buy condom myself in lots of good brand outside the market but this time around im not so sure about this free distribution of condom

Hooben,

No spa is going to offer free lambskin condoms. They're very expensive. And besides, they look nothing like latex condoms. Did you read through all three condom and lube links in my signature line like I asked you to? If not, get reading.

Thanks ann , no i haven read through ,i  think that the condom i used should be a latex type cause is like a rubber form , i guess as long as it never break or leak i should be safe right no matter what kind of brand it is
