I have read on here that performing cunnilingus is no risk to either party. However I have also read on Dr's websites "medhelp, Freedomhealth" that cunnilingus can be a risk. One of them when I asked the question said that cunnilingus carries a 0.04% 1:2500 chance of transmission. I had an encounter in West Africa where i performed oral sex on a girl I met in a bar and am going crazy with worry.

If you want clarification concerning those numbers, I suggest you ask the person who gave them to you.
You didn't have a risk, no matter where in the world this encounter took place. Going down on a woman is not a risk for hiv infection.
