Title: worried about unprotected oral
Post by: coolioboyz310 on May 09, 2008, 06:50:21 am
I got an unprotected oral  from a massage girl in Asia. She first stared masturbating me. She then sucked my thing for about 1 - 2 minutes?
From what I am reading, this should pose almost no risk?
I did ejaculate in her mouth, so I don't know how that would increase my risk...

Do you think that six weeks test would be good enough or do I have to wait 13 weeks?

Coolio,

Getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever become infected this way and you will not be the first

Where there has been an actual risk, the window period is three months. You didn't have a risk and so you can obtain accurate test results now, if you choose to test.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER A BLOWJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple.

Andy and others,
I think I  read somewhere that ejaculating inside increases the risk?  Wait, does it only apply to the receiver? Also, when you guys say documented, how many verified studies have been done about  receiving blowjobs?

Cool,

Ejaculating inside is risky for the RECEPTIVE partner in anal or vaginal intercourse.

The person doing the ejaculating is not putting themselves at increased risk by doing so.

If getting a blowjob were a risk for hiv infection, we'd know about it by now and we'd tell you.

You have not had a risk and you will not be permitted to use this forum to go on and on about the blowjob you got. It didn't put you at risk for hiv infection and that's that.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
