Hi there

Loved the video....I also love Lychee fruit, and mixed with vodka sounds really nice, but I'm not sure about the ginger, ginger can be quite strong...what does it taste like without the ginger..have you tried that?

The Geisha from Montreal...I may have to have a couple on the Meet and Greet night... ;)

I'm sure you can skip the ginger, it gives it a refreshing Asian taste though.  I found it at 'Cube' in Montreal one of the best places in the city.
