Living With....Staying Busy
« on: May 29, 2012, 06:46:57 pm »
My doc posted my latest labs today...

CD4 = 1,241    CD4 % = 47%     Both are my highest ever
VL = < 20
Triglycerides = 180
Cholesterol = 170

I don't find out where we are with the RPR titer (Syphilis) until I see her June 6th.

I am very happy about the cd4 count - especially considering these labs were done when I was on a 70+ day of working without a day off.

More good news... I start school in July --- for my MBA at Western Governor's University (fully online and competency-based program, so I can move at my own pace - as quickly as I want to complete it or at a more moderate pace)....

Just got back from Ocala - visiting with my mother for a few days - now getting ready to enjoy the rest of the week off from work - relaxing here at the house.

Glad to be back on the forums after a few days away...

-Phil

Congratulations, Phil on the New Labs  ;)

Thanks Den!
It seems like the more hours I put in at work - the higher they seem to go (go figure) - then again, it could be because I can't drink as many Coronas when I am working so much.  LOL.

Thanks!  I'm happy about them....
The triglycerides would be lower, but I got a little lax on taking my lopid....  I guess it really was helping - so, back to my regular dosing schedule on that - I don't need to have great cd4s and kick over from having a heart attack from the dayummm triglycerides being too high..... of course, that is if I don't go insane from the dayuumm syphilis first.  Hoping for a good report on that - but seeing as the doc didn't post the results from that test, I'm thinking that it probably isn't as good of news. We shall see next week.

I thought about it... and it is a still a possibility....
but I am out of lube and condoms.....
was thinking about volunteering to help at last week's Florida AIDS Walk so I could pick up some  free supplies, but then reconsidered....   I'll just go bareback and dry, if I decide to go for the creampie - more fun that way. :D

Oh I see -- figures you'd only give unto others if you're going to get something for free

Congrats on the labs.  I need to get my triglycerides checked again soon.  They were a tad high last time--think approaching 300.  I'm using the app, Lose It to monitor what I eat and exercise.  Limiting myself to 1,600 calories a day to try and drop about 30 pounds.
