I read the original post.  It had something to do with medically diagnosed anxiety. Why the editing?

Try playing squash. Smashing the ball releases all the bottled up angst. Serious.

Isn't it, not sure what I was trying to do.  After I posted that I read it and felt it didn't convey what I was trying to say.  I didn't think anyone had read it.

I don't know how to play squash, is that like racketball?

I like Barcelona in the Spring.   And puppies.  And Kevin Lee.

LOL.

Bug, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squash_(sport).

Isn't this popular in the States? Do you play tennis?

These sort of sports are quite therapeutic, I found.

Or just box the hell out of punching bag.  ;D

Sweetie, the only sport I ever excelled in was croquet. Or maybe Triple Yahtzee if we're being generous with the term "sport".

Oh right, and dodgeball. I was most excellent at that because it involved running away from balls, not towards them or worse attempting to catch them. Plus it taught me to run quickly with a sense of panic, which as a sexual deviant is often useful don't you think?

Popular, well we don't call it squash.  I think we call it raketball.  Looks similar http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racquetball

I on the other hand prefer butternut squash myself.

Watersports are icky

That means you might not be doing it right.   ::)
