Hi,

I had the my first sexual experiences recently, with the same guy, all of these, did not involve non-penetrative sex. They only involved kissing, mutual masturbation (he masturbated himself and then me), frottage, dry humping/intergluteal sex (he was doing it while wearing his underwear and did not cum) and grinding. There was no other kind of sexual activity what so ever.

There was only one time when he already had cum and rubbed his penis against my leg and arm, while I was still masturbating to myself, and I could feel his cum.

Were we at anytime at risk? Please let me know, this situation is driving me crazy.

Gogoll, none of those activities put you at risk for HIV transmission.

What you need to know is that the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as condoms are used correctly for those activities you will be well protected. Other activities are only theoretically risky.

Our focus here is strictly on HIV. You do need to know that other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV, so if you are sexually active it's a good idea to at least once a year have a full STD panel done.

This time I don't see any cause for concern about HIV nor any need for testing.

Dear POZ Forum,

I would like to ask the risk of the following activities in which I was involved yesterday:

- Intergluteal sex (in which I was the active partner): touched but not penetrated my partner's sphincter with my penis Cowper's fluid and possibly with my cum  . Other than that intergluteal sex involved rubbing my penis against my partner's buttock cleavage and gluteal cleft until I ejaculated. My partner did used his buttocks to get my penis near his sphincter (both while wearing underwear and while naked), I have never penetrated him (actually I've never penetrated anyone, so I guess I would know the feeling of penetrating someone...  )

- Oral sex and frottage.

I will get tested after 6 weeks and then, after 84 days. But, still I would like to hear from you.

You didn't have a risk , what you described is frottage and it isn't a risk for HIV .

The risk factors for HIV is as follows ...

Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth
Very specific healthcare situations.

You do not need to test over this no risk incident .
