pls help, question about liver test

H! everyone,
                  How are you everyone,?thank God i can see everyface is shining and the legs are jumping and hands are waveing our illness out throught this easter period.
pls i need some advice, i went to my ID doc today to test for my viral load result but my doc told me that it'll come out in a week time,so i explain to my doc about my stomach pain he told me that i've to check my liver again then i agree with him and do the test which come out in good and bad ,so before AST was 84 and ALT 86 and APL 139,then today AST is 30 ALT 55 and ALP comes with 244.i was shock my doc told me i've to recheck it again in a month if continue then he will send me to ultrasound ,he said maybe it's because of fatty food i was taken or bone related issue,so can someone direct me ?

San,

Many things can cause liver problems. Eating lots of fatty foods is one of those things. Drinking too much alcohol is another. Your doctor is doing the right thing by continuing to monitor the situation and if your test results remain abnormal then an ultrasound is the next step.

From what I can see your ALTand AST are within the normal range, your ALP is up but I don't think it's really anything to worry about at this stage...did you have your GGT done as well?
Liver problems may occur if the GGT and the ALP are both showing an increase..but as matty siad there are many things that could be causing this increase.

           pls Ann can bactrim medicine cause this ALP high?but my doc told me yesterday that i can stop taken it while i am looking healthy now,and he order to injected with vaccine prevention.
before my cd4 20 vl 1000000,on 27/12/07,on med sustiva,tenofovir,lamivudine.
