Bonjour (or whatever you're supposed to say)
« on: August 15, 2006, 10:51:06 am »
Well, here I am.  LONG STORY, but an even LONGER trip, on how I got here early.  HINT:  DAMN FOOL is partly to blame.   :-*

If anyone spots my luggage in their travels the next couple of days, could you kindly pick it up and bring it to me?   >:(

I've got a carryon crammed full of my meds, but other than the clothes I was wearing I ain't got snot!  (I think the girl next to me if holding her nose for another reason frankly!  ::))

Gotta sign off and try and find a Scotia Bank.

BTW, it poured here last night (as I was walking around at 1:00 a.m. trying to find a 24 hour store to at least get some toiletries).  But today it is sunny and pleasant.

Canuck, Jan, and Aztecan get in this evening.  If my luggage beats them here, I'll leave my hotel room and give em a big hug.

Hey!   You made it!   That losing the luggage thing is a big nightmare of mine...I plan to put some 'essentials' in the carry-on, but as you say, you can't carry any toiletry items....

I will be flying pretty much ALL DAY Thursday, and none of my flights, of course, serve any kind of meal....so I think I need to pack some crackers and candy bars in my carry-on also!

Don't panic, hopefully you will get your bags today.   Oh BTW, don't shoot me but I have decided to check TWO bags as opposed to one as we discussed -- I just can't fit it all in.   So that will just be ONE MORE bag for the airlines to lose.... ::)

Hug Jan, Mark and Claude for me....and yourself!
