Really concerned

So I've recently found out the guy I had sex with around 4 times in the past year is Positive, I asked and he told me, also said his viral load is low and on medication (don't know whether to believe him) and now I'm freaking out. I havn't had any serious symptoms apart from the general cold and sore throat.   I'm bottom and always use condom in all 4 times. I have sucked his dick for about a minute maybe 3 times (roughly 1 min max each time), never ejaculated but maybe little precum, I have one back tooth that is little broken off, the broken off side faces towards my face not tongue. He has also eaten my anus around 3 times.  So... what are my chances??

You never had an exposure. You had protected anal and you had oral sex. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex, broken tooth or not.

Thanks for your reply. I have had sex with other men as well in the past 3 years  but have only become really concerned when this guy said he was positive. I have always practiced protected anal sex and often check to see if condom is still on, I don't think any condoms broke but can not be sure, is it likely for me to feel it break or notice someone cumming inside me? From what I gather, the HIV virus is not that easily transferred especially being careful?  I have had a sore throat recently but could that be pure coincident? I guess many people that are in my position stress a lot from reading up possible symptoms and could just be the stress that's bringing them on like a nymph node in the neck, correct? My worry is that what IF a condom broke maybe in the past year or so and the person by chance was postive?

You would likely not notice if someone experienced a condom failure while you wee bottoming. Nor, depending on the circumstances, would you necessarily know if someone took it off while changing positions. Having penetrative intercourse involves a bit of vulnerability.

When you are having sex with someone, in the dark, you are trusting him not to do a lot of things. Stab you in the heart, strangle you to death, remove his condom, hide his syphilis chancres, a lot of things.

Which is why, until and unless you are in a mutually monogamous relationship, you need to be getting twice yearly STD screenings including an HIV test.

The earliest you can test for HIV after a potential exposure is six weeks after an event. However, only a three month test remains a gold standard globally. It also happens to be the window period for a syphilis test as well.

When you invite someone into your home, much less your body, you are taking them on faith. If having a person tell you the truth about his HIV status rattles you this much, I can only imagine your notions about the guys who did not reveal or did not know their status.

Assming you used a condom, and assuming your partner did not remove it (for reasons which are frankly unclear as he disclosed later) you had no risk for HIV at all.
