Localized Infection cause of local hiv effect replication post your thoughts

I noticed when i had an infection, by a bacteria that the area near to the infection suddenly got a viral infection as if there was a very localized CD4 tcell drop allowing the virus to come out, in other words, the bacteria infection which the body must fight with Cd4 and CD8 and the immune system, may stimulate the replication of hiv and a localized surge of hiv and parallel very localized drop in immunity and cd4 count in that small area may occur... this is just my theory...   for example even though I was at 450 cd4 cells in my blood, could it be that close to that bacteria infection that the immune system is weakened to say 200 or 175 allowing in a very small few square centimeters of the body a very reduced immunity allowing the shingles virus to start up...  the proximity of the bacterial infection and the later viral infection seems to close and too much a coincidence,

does anyone have experience where one thing could have possibly caused a much reduced immune system in one local area that then lead to another disease

i call this theory the localized singularity relativity theory of hiv ... that different small areas have vastly different immune function and some areas close to immune battle zones may have high hiv replication and very very low cd4 counts
