This article doesnt really say whether the vaccine is for negative people or also for those who are already infected.

so far I think the vaccine are for people who are at high risk for HIV infection....so, i am assuming at this point, it is for those who are negative...but if something amazing can be developed from this, I am sure that it would be helpful to those who are positive as well, such as preventing from further infection.
