mad as in anger
« on: January 27, 2014, 10:03:16 am »
Sunday morning 2.30 am some drunken twat propelled a Estate agent board through my Living room window. By the time Police/ window boarders arrived it was 6.30.

I have the sign in my Hall as the Police asked me to keep it there in case they decided to dust it. I cannot stop working out in great detail how I would use it on the wart encrusted pencil penis who did it. I would get beyond medieval , film reference fans.

Oh Michael, that's awful!  It never stops surprising me how people can be so heartless and idiotic.  I'm glad you weren't hurt and that the fuckers didn't do anything else.

so sorry to hear about this; but glad you're ok!

do you think this was a random act, or was it directed at you for some reason? any ideas? I know that knowing the motive won't solve the problem; but knowing might help you to prevent this sort of thing of ocurring again.

I've had several issues over the years (house fire, 3 burglaries, 2 home invasions - ack! waiting for assistance to board up the broken entry points is always nerve-wracking! So sorry you had to deal with that too!). Within a few months each time, I/we moved to a new home. I know that's never a good choice - I mean, who wants to feel like they've been run out of their home - but we all know, in life sometimes, you do what you have to do.

I hope the police catch the bastard!

How awful.
Being honest is not wronging others, continuing the dishonesty is.

Thanks all.

Pretty sure it was random , I think you need a social life to make enemy,s . My road from midnight till 3 am is no stranger to the various whoops ,  hollers and smashed bottle sounds, young drunks make returning from the  club/pubs/bars near by..

However this is way above the usual

As is now the norm my landlords have still to complete the job and as we all know nothing says smash me like a partially boarded window.
