There is a gay rights/liberation story in the news daily now.  So much change seems to be happening now.  I was moved how he said he had trouble sleeping, but after coming out, he slept like a baby.  I was also moved by the meaning of the 98.  When I saw his number, I thought it seemed unusually high.

This kicker, from a school in Tennessee, has been out to his teammates for a while.  He said he never experienced any negative remarks or actions.  He was striving for the NFL, but I think he was passed over.  I had heard there were only like two kicker positions available, so the odds were against him.  I am sure he will keep at it.

This is wonderful!

Times are a changin' right before our eyes.

I'm hoping this will cause more professional players to come out.
