Was that the old guy she married? From what I read online, she had won 88 million but then that got overturned. The old dude's stepson was fighting it but he died. I'm wondering if her estate is going to keep fighting it. I feel sorry for the little girl because people are looking at dollar signs. I wonder who has custody of her now...

It was overturned and she got her money somewhere around 474 million she was awarded. I don't know if that's been appealed or not. The daughter stands to end up with the money, who else better to get it?

I dunno, CNN just reported that she worked for every dime she's had (perhaps with exception to gifts). In reality none of those court wins have ever paid out.

Well i'm thinking if she had 90-year old dick somewhere in her innards, then she deserved every penny of that money.

Her earnings were overturned by an appeals court, but she took it to the bloody United States Supreme Court, who said she had a chance, and I thinks it's left in whatever Circuit Court is presiding in the El Lay area...but now someone (Howard K. Stern or her mom) willhave to take up the fight for her daughter. Poor Dannielynn, who knows who will grab her, but for sure she will not want for money, as the family will be funded by the media whatever the outcome.
( and I am thinking of Courtney Love portraying Althea Flynt right now and I am shedding tears over this whole, sad mess. )

Her mom is in the Bahamas (or wherever Anna was hanging) as we speak and she is trying to locate the child, so she can file for custody. Sad thing is I'm sure Anna wouldn't have picked her to be the child's guardian, but really, she's her only true blood relative at this point...

The money issue is still being fought. She won with the Supreme Court, so she still has a fighting chance. The money she has made has been made by pimping out her daughter and dead son (probably under direction from that creepy lawyer) and getting money in those areas. Whoever is the guardian of the child--probably will be the father--if we ever find out who it is, can be the one to continue on the fight. I feel sorry for that little girl. None of those people deserve to have custody of her.

if it's somehow proven that Stern helped(?) keep Anna on drugs for some devious reasons, he can proven unfit to have custody. I don't know anything about the guy from California. The prince? I'm sure he doesn't need a toddler around-lol. Is ZsaZsa still alive?

Anna's mom lives not too far from me and so does her half-sister. We have a small community forum where a coupld of people that know them personally have posted saying her mom is a good person but after seeing the interview I really think she is just wanting fame and money. That poor sweet innocent little baby.
edited to add: i think out of all of them larry birkhead seems the most sincere in wanting the baby for the right reasons.

The media stated last night the autopsy determined that foul play was not a factor in her death. I do find that plausible and believeable. What is SO ridiculous is making the statement the she died of "natural causes". Yeah, OK, young as she was.........she died of natural causes............OK, it's natural to die so young. NOT! What a stupid thing to say!
Then, I think of her son dying so young and Anna dying relatively young and wonder if there's some kind of hereditary condition. A major early biological ticker in their physiological makeup? Considering the media orgy on Anna Nicole Smith, we'll find out eventually.

I know, but he doesn't seem much better than any of the supposed fathers as I stated in that post you quoted. He is just as creepy as that lawyer. He seems more like an obsessed ex who wanted that baby used for leverage than anything. Did you happen to see that poem he penned about Anna? Really creepy. And I highly doubt his motives are pure in all of this. That baby doesn't have any chance of a normal life no matter who she goes to and hopefully it isn't with Birkhead or Stern or Zsa Zsa's husband--he seems more normal, but certainly doesn't need a toddler hanging around and I doubt he'll live much longer anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if none of the 3 is the father.

While I started this thread on a frivolous note, I share the concern that we all seem to have about her baby, and I agree that the child, unfortunately, probably stands little chance of being raised with loving parents who will do right by her. I would bet that at least 75% of the men and women in the HIV community would make better parents than what she will end up with. Such is life...

I cannot believe that you would find the death of a fellow drug riddled lost soul to be in the least bit funny.
Anna Nicole was beautiful enough to be paid large sums of money as a model and spokesperson. She had demons that many people have, and she died due to them as many people have and will in the future.
To take pot shots at a fellow human being when what happened to her could happen to anyone who abuses drugs and alcohol, is very low indeed. Especially coming from someone who also attempts to glamorize the use of such substances. I am sure that if you end up overdosing you won't have unlimited press coverage to make your "unlimited points" that in fact are more often than not painfully limited.
I also have grown weary of your drug loving and riddled ramblings that reflect a character that cannot face others let alone himself with a modicum of sobriety.

I feel sorry for the little baby too. Does anyone know if there is a will? Anna's mother looks like she is seeing dollar signs...Cha Ching....I'm wondering why Anna never said who the father was. It would seem like something she would've done shortly after the child was born or even before now that I think about it. What was the secret?
And I'm still not buying the no drugs in her stomach deal. Why would it be there? How about looking for some needle marks in some hidden area. And if there was no foul play then why are they holding on to the body? As I have said in the past, maybe I watch too much CSI.

Ok but here's my question..What's up on Anna's will. They say everything was left to her son, ok dead there. Who does it go to now or are they gonna void Anna's will and leave it to the baby? And when are they gonna let her body go? Can't be too fresh anymore.

I heard the mom was going to appeal the decision to release the body to the guardian who was in turn going to have her go to the Bahamas and be buried by her son. I guess when she buried her son, she got a double plot--hmmmm maybe I am missing something but I think that means she meant to be buried in the other plot. And how would that woman know where she wanted to be buried? They were estranged for years! But I can see her not being buried for a while--look at James Brown, he died sometime around Christmas and he still isn't buried!
As for the will? Very strange. She left the Stern guy as the executor, but I wonder if it automatically goes to the baby? I don't know.
I was just amazed by all the news coverage of Anna Nicole Smith. Just flipping onto the networks, it was as if there was no longer a war.

What I thought was amazing was Stern wrote the will, signed Anna's name to it and his partner at the lawfirm he use to work at, is co-executor. I watched some attorneys talk about that will and they said most lay persons do a better job of writing a will. I'll bet the will be thrown out and the baby will get everything after probate. I don't want Stern to get a damn dime.

I'm talking about them exploiting both of them for money--the pictures, videos, etc, just peddling a bunch of things around for money. I really think it was more the lawyers doing and she was drugged up enough that she was pliable enough to agree to it.

Just bumping this to say that I am FED F'IN UP with hearing about this woman!
These vultures are picking over her carcass to NO END ! And it is making me feel filmy just from exposure....and I have been doing my DAMNDEST to avoid seeing, hearing, speaking of or any other form of contact with information about this supposed "story"
They can't get her in the ground fast enough or deep enough for me anymore! And I hope they throw most of the media in the ground with her when they do!
