Really confused worried and scared need help

So my situation is very strange

I recently broke up with my girlfriend and my roommate pushed me to hook up with someone off the internet because it would be a "funny" story. However, the situation rapidly got out of control.

I met this "girl" who proceeded toad give me unprotected oral sex. She then told me to put a condom on and lie back which I did do. It was at this point that this girl revealed she was a TRANSEXUAL.... I did not really know what to do so I just laid there. She ejaculated on my stomach and then after about 2 minutes she said it hurt. She noticed I had not cum (obviously) and she then wiped her ejaculate off of my chest, took the condom off and then inserted her fingers (which had cum on them) into my ass while putting my dick in her mouth...... I freaked out and started yelling at her. She told me to stop freaking out and I started accusing her of having std's. She said everyone freaks out at her because she is a transexual and at that point I genuinely felt bad for her. She told me the last guy she hooked up with called her 3 months later to freak out at her as well. I didnt know what the significance of 3 months could mean until I became worried about HIV.

At first I was just worried about herpes until I realized that she had put her fingers in my ass and I spent the better part of a having nightmares every single night. I tried to convince myself that it was all stress and anxiety but then I began to see real symptoms. My symptoms are as follows

2-weeks after exposure-mouth goes extremely dry for a month and persistent white coating appears on tongue (still present but apparently not thrush)
3-weeks after exposure- severely inflamed sore throat that does not hurt (lasts up until now 8-weeks later)
4-weeks after exposure-swollen lymph nodes appear in neck (verified by GP), notice that my teeth and gums are sore despite exceptional dental hygeine.
43 days after- night sweats for 3 days accompanied by a massive sinus headache and wet cough as well as terrible post nasal drip.

Throughout the entire period I have had these strange rashes that come on for about 20 minutes at a time. I have had them on the top of my back, bottom of back, inside of knee, side of face and top of chest. The rashes itch at first and then they leave my skin dry after they recede. They are very transient

The only thing that remains is the white tongue and the swollen lymph nodes in my neck

I have had the following tests
24 day -HIV duo(4th Gen) =negative
35 day HIV duo=negative
46 day HIV duo=negative

You have not had a risk for hiv infection so it's no big surprised that you're testing negative. No surprise at all.

Getting a blowjob, with or without a condom, is not a risk for infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over twelve different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

Getting cum on your chest, belly or any other area of skin is not a risk for hiv infection. Hiv can only infect a very few, very specific type of cell and they are not found on the surface of your skin. Your skin is an effective barrier when it comes to hiv.

Being fingered - even with cum on that finger - is also not a risk for hiv infection.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the body during unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the tow bodies.

Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. Not one person has ever been infected as a result of fingering, regardless of the presence or absence of precum, cum or vaginal fluids on the fingers that are doing the fingering.

You do not need further testing. You are conclusively hiv negative as you did not have a risk to begin with.

Here's what you need to know in order to remain hiv negative:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

If you feel unwell, see a doctor. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv as you do not have hiv.

 was a 21 year old male who had just broken up with his girlfriend. I ended up meeting up with someone who I thought was a girl from the internet.

She turned out to be a transexual. I got trapped in the situation and could not say no and ended up having protected anal intercourse with her. In addition she came on my stomach and at one point wiped her semen off of my stomach and inserted it into my ass without my permission.

I had all of the symptoms of ARS

2 weeks after- dry mouth and thrush on tongue (this is confirmed thrush people were talking fluconazole and nyastatin to get rid of it)
3 weeks after- sore throat for 9 weeks, swollen gland which is still there
6 weeks after- night sweats, irritability, sinus infection, ear infection, muscle pain, elevated liver enzymes,

I worried for for 3 months, it destroyed my life . I almost didnt pass my final exams because of it and I had three medical school interviews during this time. I didn't listen to the people of the board and thought I was gonna be literally (1 in 10000 for risk) * 1/1000 for testing failure which makes a 1 in a million chance I had HIV. It was gonna be me

However, I recently got my 3 month (12 week)  test and surprise surprise it was negative

So no matter who you are just remember symptoms are only an indicator that you should get tested and they themselves mean nothing. To everyone that actually has HIV my heart goes out to you, but there will be a cure within the next 10 years. I work in Immunology and the noose is tightening around Hiv's neck!
