Title: Rash under breast, in arm pits and under part of arms.

Have any of you had a rash that started in your arm pits, then spread to under your breast and under parts of your arms? I have been fighting this for 2 months with doctors having me use different cortisone creams, rash creams,  taking benadryl pills & using cream as well. I am also on antibiotics now for a different issue and it had helped me last week I saw a light at end of tunnel, then had to wear a bra last Tuesday and shit if it not back again in full force. I have gotten these before I was on my medications and they never lasted this long...any ideas fro you all as to what I can try next?  I am on Kaletra & Truvada and wellbutrin,zoloft and trileptal all since August this year.   They also say they are not herpatic nor scabies etc... just FYI  Any help would be sooooooo welcomed. :'(
