I am worried I am infected. Please help.

Please read the below situation and help me on this. I am really tensed and not able to sleep. Sorry about my language.

1) On last Friday I went outside in Dubai and i went to one massage parlor. During massage i kissed that lady and licked her boobs several times. Then she gave me hand job 3 times.

2) On Saturday I had sex with an African lady. I went to her room and removed my clothes. She had a condom and she put that condom over my penis. Then she did oral over that condom and I had a vaginal intercourse with her. The ejaculation happened inside her vagina. When I removed my penis from her vagina, the condom was there on my penis with the semen. But before vaginal intercourse the condom was covering my full penis and after the ejaculation when i removed my penis i saw like the condom was covering the half of my whole penis. Then i removed the condom and cleaned with tissue tissue paper. Then again she put another condom over my penis and she did an oral and had a vaginal intercourse again. But the same thing happened again like the ejaculation happened inside her vagina and when i removed my penis i saw the condom was covering half of my whole penis. Then i removed the condom and a little bit semen fell on my penis and i cleaned it with tissue. I came to my room and had a shower.

But I am totally afraid that I am infected with HIV. I am fully tensed and cried a lot of times because of regression. I am frustrated. Please consider this as a question and kidly help me on this. Thanks in advance.

You didn't have a risk . The important thing is your penis was covered during sex and that means there was no risk .

But still i am still fearing and desperate. After ejaculation when i removed my penis from her vagina the condom was there but half of my penis was only covered. So i am tensed and do i have to take HIV test?

Absolutely nothing you describe was a risk for hiv infection.

What is important is that the head of your penis was covered.

Hiv can only infect a very few, very specific types of cells and these cells are NOT found on the surface of the skin. The skin on the shaft of your penis is no different to the skin anywhere else on your body in this regard.

The area of the penis where there ARE the correct type of cells is the urethra - the hole in the tip of your penis where you pee/cum from. As long as this is covered, you are not at risk for hiv infection.

Condoms have been proven to prevent hiv infection. There have been three long-term studies of couples where one is positive and one is negative. In the couples who used condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, but no barrier for oral activities, not one of the negative partners became infected with hiv. Not one.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST FOR HIV SPECIFICALLY FOLLOWING HANDJOBS, BOOB-KISSING, KISSING, BLOWJOBS OR PROTECTED INTERCOURSE, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Stop "regretting" what you did. Human beings are designed to desire sexual activities and as long as you protect yourself by using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse and treat your sexual partners with respect, then you have no reason to feel regret.
