I am living in Washington DC area.  I need to contact the HIV support group in my area for anything.  Can someone tell me who these people are?  I am solely person and I might need some physiological help from them.  Please let me have there address.

I am not from your area, but under "All About HIV" in the grey bar at the top on this page; there is a nice search function for all the HIV services in your area.  It might really help you.   ;)
The Bible contains 6 admonishments to homosexuals,
and 362 to heterosexuals.
This doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals,
It's just that they need more supervision.
