Title: Hand Job and HIV
Post by: flower007 on January 01, 2012, 12:58:00 am
Dear Doctor

Two days ago i received a handjob from a Call Girl without using condom. At first she massaged  and then rubbed mi penis with her hand at that moment some fluids did come out and then later i told her to stop and did the masturbation miself .During this encounter we didnt indulge in any kissing or hugging .My worry is what if she is HIV + and she has got some cuts in her hand which i didnt check. Also mi penis is having a little burning sensation on the tip.

Iam really worried whether i will be infected or do i have to get miself tested .

Pls reply .

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Flower,

It doesn't matter if she had cuts. Hiv is NOT transmitted through skin to skin contact. Not one person has ever been infected through a handjob and you certainly won't be the first.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST SPECIFICALLY OVER THIS HANDJOB, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Flower,

Hiv does not cause a burning penis. However, other, more easily transmitted STIs can. Although it would be unusual, one can conceivably be infected with a bacterial infection from a handjob.

If you continue to experience the burning, see a doctor about a full panel of STI testing.

As I said above, a sexually active adult should be having a full panel of testing at least once a year anyway. It's what responsible adults do. Think of it like having a yearly dental check up. You might not have a toothache, but you get the check up anyway.

Once again, you have NOT had a risk for hiv infection.

Hi Ann

Thanks once again .  Since this was the first time i had a handjob from a call girl i was really in a lot of stress and also very upset thinking that i may be infected with HIV as i had heard that infection is also caused if there are cuts and vaginal fluids entering your body .

Lot of thanks for the wonderful work you are doing and your contribution to the society . Surely i will do test once in six months /One year . So as u said i do not need to worry at all really very relieved .

Hi Ann

Theres still one more thing which is disturbing me .Suppose if she has got a cut in her hand and may be some blood may have entered through the urethral opening .Then its a real risk Isnt it ? .

Flower,

If she cut one of her fingers off just before she gave you a wank and repeatedly shoved the bloody stump into the opening of your urethra, then you might need to worry. Even then you'd be unlikely to have been infected.

You did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever been infected through a handjob and you certainly will NOT be the first.

Fortunately fears and doubts are not facts. They may continue from time to time but they do not change the facts of your situation which equal no risk for HIV.

It's time to get on with your life.

Hi Andy / Ann ,

Srry for posting once again.I have been having muscle aches in thighs for the past two days dont know whether this has anything to do with HIV .May be because of guilt and stress .

Still in mi mind there are many" WHAT IFs" but the only comfort are your replies .The whole matter is that iam going to get married in Feb and really very stressed out because of this .As you both have told that i dont have to test as theres not risk but then also I wish to test after 22 days just for mi peace of mind . Which test to do u suggest ? .

Thanks and Rgrds

Flower,

Any hiv antibody test would be just fine. We do not recommend any specific brands - just use whatever your local clinic uses. Do NOT order a test online - there are no approved home test kits available in your country, despite their availability on the internet. Go to a clinic.

You and your wife-to-be should both have a FULL sexual health check up before you stop using condoms. This has already been explained to you in great detail.

Remember, you have NOT had a risk for hiv infection when you got that handjob.

I'm giving you that time out you have been warned about. Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.
