Last Blood results

Good news from my Dr. today. My undetectable level has gone from 20 to now zero! Really happy about this after three years in medication. Next time in December my CD4 and % is checked again and I'm hoping now that it can only go up.

I'm still fighting strong. It's not what I had planned for my life but it's been an adventure and I've made some good friends in reality and online. Thanks everyone on this forum, you've been excellent support over the years (and the many years ahead)

Great news!! Congrats.  Long journey.  I am confused, though?

I thought that the current most sensitive (? I may mean accurate) only goes to less than 20.  What does zero mean?  Is there another test?

I looked on aidsmap and found the answer that there are ultra sensitive tests that can measure below 20 copies/ml - so I guess this was the test that my doctor requested.
