Parking at Powell?
« on: June 06, 2007, 01:53:10 am »
Does anyone know about parking at Powell Hotel?  When I am in San Francisco, I always drive this big ugly Chrysler convertible.  I call it the Whale Gusher (named after a bilge pump).  It has decent brakes, automatic transmission and I can carry three passengers.  It is the perfect San Francisco car because if someone hits it, it is no big deal.  The driver door is tied shut and getting in and out on the drivers side is like Dukes of Hazard.

Since I live close and will be commuting to AMG on most days, I was wondering if there was parking available at the hotel.  City streets are paved in gold and parking is premium.  Have the best day
Michael

Oh good...

I used to wonder why I had to take a parallel parking test for my drivers license when everywhere I want to go has valet ;D
Have the best day

I'd llove to see the look on the face of the valet when Whale Gusher pulls up! Stick some duck tape on one of the tail lens just fer fun. On second thought, watchin the valet trying to get the drivers door open would be amusing enough, you think?
sea ya,
Mike
