Medication adherence, strict timing

I am on my meds and have decided to take my meds at 4:45pm as this happened to be a break time at my work, and because of my lifestyle I didn't trust myself to be in a position where I could always have something to eat or indeed be awake either in the morning (I tend to sleep late) or late at night (when I might be out socialising).

Because of my weekly schedule, the specific time I take my meds tends to fluctuate between 4:45pm and 5pm on each day. My anxiety means even this small time difference is making me wonder if it will have a longer term effect regarding mutations, and efficacy of medicine.

Is day-to-day fluctuations of a time span as little as this still something I should try and avoid or is it safe to say such small fluctuations will have no negative effect on my medication's effectiveness?

You can take your meds everyday with a few hours give or take and it will not hurt a thing .

Thankyou. It really is testament to the little anxiety that can eat away that I can ask questions like this, I think my biggest anxiety is getting caught out by not knowing something until its too late.

Seeing as I have had no real emotional response to my recent diagnosis, I think I deal with intellectualising and running everything through in my mind, I'm sure many others do the same.

It will be easier for you to see it all in one place and it also gives the people answering you additional information that could help you better cope if took into consideration .
