anyone actively taking Isentress, Maraviroc or Rilpivirine

Hi All,
Realizing these new drugs are in phase trials, could anyone taking any of these new 2nd generation drugs please post your experiences with them?
My 24 yr positive fiance, 36 years old, also with severe hemophilia, needs to make a drug switch again soon, since his current PI based regime (Reyataz, Norvir boost, Combivir) is causing spontaneous 'wild' type hemophilic bleeds. Reyataz has raised his bilirubin, and he is jaundiced most days. Intuitively we feel it is not good for him, followed closely by Norvir - but they do work well!
He did Sustiva, for 2 years, with terribly invasive nervous system hell side effects.
He is not drug resistant. There are many interactions we need to watch for, but please, if you feel an already available cocktail is workable, post your suggestions.
We are watching the new classes show such great promise that the tradeoff of being a lab rat (with how will the new drugs react to all his other necessary medications), experiencing possibly huge interactions or side effects may be warranted for his overall best health.
We are particularly interested in HIV/HCV infected new drug taker's points of view as well.
There's such a wealth of community and information on this forum, we welcome your input.
