I am returning to school and would like to know if there are any scholarships for HIV positive people. I wrote the Elton John AIDs foundation and all I get back is information on what gathering he last attended.
I am not exactly sure who I should talk to either. So for now I am going after other scholarships and writing out my personal statement.
