I got nervous because at multiple prostitute visits the girl would bleed, but I always used a condom. I even tested them afterwards by filling them with water.
Do I still have a big risk for positive testing?

As long as you always used a condom I don't see any cause for concern about HIV.
But other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV, so we always recommend that anyone who is sexually active ought to have a full STD panel done at least annually and every 6 months is even better.
I don't see any need for HIV testing at this point from what you have reported.
