What's wrong with me?
« on: November 05, 2006, 01:08:32 pm »
Since late last night and this morning I've felt like SHIT.

My throat hurts - but it's not red or swollen.
My temperature is normal. (98.6).

However, my entire body aches.
My head is killing me.
I'm surprised I haven't coughed up a vital organ yet.
I feel generally very groggy.
No appetite at ALL.

So, I've just been taking some extra strength Tylenol, whatever. Eating oranges/orange juice. My mom is forcing me to eat chicken soup later (despite my vegetarianness!). I just don't know what else to do.

I mean, I can function and stuff. Obviously. I can sit at my computer and stuff. But I don't have a lot of strength and it takes a lot of effort to walk around.

Mouse,

I had fever last night and couldn't sleep at all.

My body is aching like I have been kicked all over.

Chiken soup is really good.

Maybe you need to sleep alone for a while ;).

Feel better soon.

Alain.

Mouse-
I am not exactly sure y ur aching. I wud suspect that if ur throat hurts, then something wud b swollen; but then u said that nothing was red or swollen and that ur temp was normal.
If it is just ur head, then it wud most likely b a very big headache. I am not sure it wud b just effect the head or the entire body. Some gfs of mine say that whenever they get a migraine, then it effects their entire body. I am not for certain if that is ur case or not. I understand that migraines usually effect the entire body and my gfs have compalined about their feelings of grogginess.
Have u told ur mom about ur vegetarianism? I told both of my parents, but they continue to feed me foods that contain meat. It is very stressful.
Stress also does play an important factor here.

I've felt exactly the same way as you describe for the past two days.  Yesterday, I swore I had a fever, but the digital thermometer said 98.6, so I guess not.  I think it's something with my sinuses... hopefully not a sinus infection though.  I've been taking Tylenol, aspirin, and Allegra.  That 'combo' seems to help a lot.  I hope you get feeling better soon.

Jaser,

How you doing my man??

Listen, if this thing hangs on for one more day, I insist that you see a doctor.  This type of stuff is not to be messed with when you have HIV.  Please don't let me find out that you are not seeing your ID specialist over this.  Please take care of yourself, and make sure to go to the docotor.  Please........

In Love.
The Bible contains 6 admonishments to homosexuals,
and 362 to heterosexuals.
This doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals,
It's just that they need more supervision.
